I know that choosing a new provider can sometimes be a bit overwhelming. That’s why I want you to rest assured that you’ve chosen well. Below you’ll find answers to some of my clients’ frequently asked questions. I’ve been able to cover quite a few topics, but if there’s something I haven’t touched on, please don’t hesitate to ask.

Are you seeing people in person?

I am currently offering exclusively telehealth appointments.

Aer you accepting new patients?

Yes! I can usually see new patients within 2-4 weeks.

Do you accept insurance?

I accept Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Optum, AllWays Health Partners, UnitedHealth and Harvard Pilgrim.

How do I get reimbursed by my insurance?

I can provide monthly itemized statements ("super bills") suitable for insurance reimbursement, and I will supply additional paperwork or documentation to assist you in working with your health plan. However, you are financially responsible for all services provided.
